Take ownership of operations and growth for an established supplements brand. Work directly with the founder to connect Amazon performance, product launches, agencies and systems — and build the foundations for the next stage of growth.
About the Company
We are recruiting for a growing e-commerce brand in the health and supplements space, with an established Amazon business and an expanding product portfolio.
The company is entering its next stage of growth and is looking for someone who can bring structure, commercial focus and reliable execution to the business.
Working directly with the founder, you will connect product launches, marketing, inventory, external partners and day-to-day operations — ensuring that plans translate into measurable results.
The Opportunity
This role combines brand management, commercial performance and operational leadership.
You will take ownership of the systems and execution that support growth, giving the founder more space to focus on product development and long-term strategy.
The business already works with specialist agencies and partners. Your responsibility will be to align their work, challenge performance and ensure that each part of the business delivers.
You should be comfortable moving between performance analysis, product launches, process improvement and team coordination.
Commercial Performance
Build clear visibility into revenue, profitability and product performance.
Monitor acquisition efficiency, conversion, keyword rankings, repeat purchases and customer value. Turn those insights into practical priorities and follow through on the actions required.
Product Launches & Portfolio Growth
Build a repeatable process for bringing new products to market.
Coordinate product development, creative, supply chain, Amazon listings, advertising and customer support. Use customer research to validate positioning and improve launch decisions.
Keep existing products growing while new products are introduced, then use post-launch analysis to improve the next launch.
Amazon Listings & Conversion
Take ownership of listing performance and improvement priorities.
Work with creative and advertising partners to strengthen product positioning, copy and visual assets. Use customer feedback, research and testing to improve click-through and conversion.
Lead relevant projects around AI-assisted product discovery and Amazon search optimisation.
Agency & Partner Management
Manage specialist partners across advertising, creative, inventory planning and other functions.
Set clear expectations, agree meaningful KPIs and hold partners accountable for delivery. Identify performance gaps early and resolve them.
Ensure advertising, creative and stock availability remain aligned.
Systems, Processes & Execution
Create a clear operating rhythm with defined goals, owners, deadlines and weekly checkpoints.
Build useful SOPs, improve project management and automate repetitive work. Remove bottlenecks and ensure commitments are delivered without constant founder involvement.
You will have room to improve the current setup and recommend better ways of working.
Team Development
As the business grows, help recruit and onboard internal team members.
Establish clear responsibilities, support effective communication and build a team that can operate with increasing autonomy.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a commercially minded operator who understands how an e-commerce brand runs.
You may come from brand management, e-commerce operations, Amazon account management or a broader business management role.
What matters most is your ability to connect data, people and execution — and take responsibility for outcomes.
Relevant experience includes:
- Managing an Amazon-led or multi-channel e-commerce business.
- Coordinating product launches and growing an existing portfolio.
- Understanding advertising performance, conversion and profitability.
- Managing agencies, suppliers or remote teams.
- Building processes, reporting and accountability systems.
- Working with inventory and supply chain teams.
- Using advanced spreadsheets, project management tools and automation.
Relevant Background
Experience in supplements, wellness or another consumer product category would be valuable.
You do not need to know every tool already. Strong judgement, analytical skills and the ability to learn are more important.
What Success Looks Like — First 90 Days
You will establish a clear weekly operating rhythm, reliable performance reporting and defined ownership across key activities.
You will understand the supply chain, identify the main operational bottlenecks, take ownership of listing management and document a repeatable product launch process.
The founder should spend progressively less time resolving daily operational issues.
What Success Looks Like — First Year
Success means a business that runs more consistently and can support further growth.
Product launches become repeatable, existing products continue to improve, partners deliver against clear expectations, and commercial decisions are supported by reliable data.
You will also lead relevant automation and AI initiatives that improve execution and efficiency.
Why Join
You will work directly with the founder and have meaningful influence over how the business operates.
This is an opportunity to improve an established brand, build the systems behind its next stage of growth and expand your responsibilities as the company develops.
The environment values ownership, direct communication, integrity and practical results.
Working Arrangement & Compensation
This is a full-time remote role.
You must be available for 5–6 hours of daily overlap with Hong Kong business hours, ideally starting around 1–2 pm Hong Kong time.
Annual base salary: $24,000–$48,000 USD, depending on experience and profile.
Performance incentives are also part of the proposed compensation structure.
