We’re building a fast-growing fragrance company, and we’re looking for customer service teammates who bring warmth, energy and a real desire to help.

We’re a friendly team who enjoy a good laugh, celebrate our wins and support each other. We’re looking for people who care about their work and want to make a positive difference to our customers.

What you’ll do

• Help customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product questions.
• Investigate problems and follow through until they’re properly resolved.
• Work with our warehouse and teammates to get things moving.
• Write clear, friendly replies that feel human.
• Spot recurring problems and suggest ways to make things better.

Who you are

You’re kind, dependable and sharp. You can put yourself in a frustrated customer’s shoes, stay calm and work out what needs to happen next.

You have excellent written English, strong attention to detail and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn’t add up. E-commerce, Shopify or customer service experience would be welcome.

A sense of humour will fit right in, too.
