Own the commercial performance of a consumer product portfolio, from pricing and marketing to inventory and launches. Join a profitable international e-commerce business, with training and room to grow for both junior and experienced profiles.

About the Company

We are recruiting for a profitable, self-funded e-commerce business that develops and sells consumer products across several brands.

The company has built an international team and a strong track record of launching new products. It is now expanding its portfolio and looking for a Brand & Operations Manager to help turn that expansion into sustained commercial growth.

This opportunity is open to both junior and experienced candidates. The scope of the role will reflect your capabilities, with training and room to take on greater responsibility over time.

The Opportunity

You will own the commercial performance of a portfolio of products, working across pricing, marketing, inventory and launches.

Reporting to the COO, you will make decisions that directly influence sales and profitability, while coordinating with production, logistics and other teams to support execution.

As you develop, your responsibilities may expand into advertising strategy, product development and team management.

Product Performance & Commercial Strategy

Monitor the performance of your portfolio and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.

Set product-level pricing and marketing strategies, balancing commercial objectives with customer expectations. Use data and market feedback to decide what to test, adjust or scale.

Inventory Coordination

Work closely with production and logistics teams to align inventory with expected demand.

Anticipate stock requirements, reduce the risk of stockouts and avoid unnecessary overstock.

Product Launches

Own or support new product launches, depending on your experience.

Coordinate the teams involved, track progress and ensure products reach the market with a clear commercial plan. Review results and use those insights to improve future launches.

Communication & Execution

Communicate decisions, priorities and performance updates clearly.

Keep the relevant teams aligned and follow through on the actions required to deliver results.

Team Leadership — Experienced Profiles

More experienced candidates may also manage and mentor junior team members.

You may work with a virtual assistant to support a larger portfolio, delegating effectively while retaining ownership of performance.

Who We’re Looking For

You are analytical, organised and comfortable taking initiative.

You enjoy understanding how a business works, using numbers to make decisions and improving your approach as you learn.

For all experience levels, we are looking for:

  • Strong analytical thinking and sound judgement.
  • Confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets.
  • An understanding of gross profit, ROI, cost of goods sold and inventory coverage.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.

Useful Experience

Familiarity with spreadsheet functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIFS would be useful.

Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, PPC advertising, or e-commerce product launches would also be valuable.

For Experienced Candidates

You will ideally bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, e-commerce, product management or supply chain.

You should be comfortable owning product performance, leading launches and delivering results through collaboration across teams.

Why Join

You will have direct visibility into the impact of your decisions and the opportunity to influence how products are launched and grown.

The company invests in training and skills development, giving you room to build your capabilities and take on broader responsibilities.

You will work with an international team and contribute to commercial decisions early on, with the support needed to grow into the role.

Working Arrangement

  • Fully remote.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours, coordinated around your location and the team’s needs.
  • Reporting directly to the COO.

The package also includes:

  • Annual salary increases of up to 6%.
  • Performance bonuses awarded twice a year, based on company performance.
